Lizzie Velasquez is an American activist, motivational speaker, anti-bullying activist, and author. She was born with a rare genital disease called Marfanoid-progeroid-lipodystrophy Syndrome. Because of this, her body cannot store the fat and prevent her from gaining weight.
She is 32 years old, weighing 29 kg (64 lbs.) and has a height of 1.5 m. She is an American citizen.
In her childhood, she was bullied because of her extremely thin body shape. However, having a strong brain in a weak body distinguishes her because she does not allow anyone to weaken her, but rather she has emerged as a star. She became an anti-bullying activist and motivational speaker.

Loana Spangenberg is a Romanian model who weighs 38 kg (84 lbs.) and is very famous as she has an extremely thin waist of just 20 inches.
She is 39 years old, stands at 1.7 m, and is a citizen of Romania.

She is a Victorian dress and corset enthusiast. Her magical thinnest waist was not the result of dieting or any disease. She has totally natural waist. Cathie is known as the “Queen of Hearts.”
5. Tom Staniford
Tom Staniford is an English para-cyclist born on July 1st, 1989 in England. He was the champion of the National Para-cycling Circuit Race in 2011. He stands at 1.9 m and weighs 65 kg (143 lbs.). He is suffering from a rare genetic mutation called MDP (mandibular hypoplasia, deafness, and progeroid features). It is a rare disease that prevents the storage of fat underneath the skin.
